Very thought provoking insight into the way you look at the performance that you give as a company. This system needs more network availability as the workplace runs on results and that is how performance is measured in the everyday.
Performance & result can be liken to saying you can successfully carried out a specific task without accident, but the task was not safely carried out. For a task is said to safely carried out, all aspects of safe system of work needs to applied or implemented. In safety we have performance indicators which shows different areas that needs improvement. The result in managing safety is zero accident. But sometimes the result may not give absolute zero. But good performance will mitigate accident and result to near misses.
