I really liked the format of the course as it was easy to follow, had excellent supporting materials and ensured you took away a lesson or a new way of working to try in your workplace.
The guidance was practical and the modular format means you can work in bite size pieces to ensure the information is retained.
I especially liked Module 3 on the impact of language, bias and how values, attitudes and beliefs impact on behaviours.

The online course was absolutely fantastic! I hammered it out in a day whilst my advisor spaced his out over 3 – 4 sittings. The course was full of useful videos from both Darren and extra content from TED Talks, presentations and assessments at the end of each section to verify learning and understanding. The course truly inspired me and revived my love for health safety and changing behaviours. I would absolutely recommend this course to anyone who is short of time (and budget) to be away from the office
